Electronic Invoicing
What is Electronic Invoicing? It is used when your grocery vendor is able to e-mail you your weekly purchase orders and our Back Office Software is then able to import the information directly into your program, saving you time and money!

Our Back Office Software will take the e-mail file and automatically bring it into the system. In a matter of 1 or 2 minutes, you will have your entire weekly order brought in. All quantities received, updated costs and retails will come in for each individual item.

You can decide whether you want to bring their costs and retails or whether you want to manage your own prices. This makes inventory tracking on a "per item" basis easy and effortless!

Video Tutorial - Free Download
This free, 25-minute, video tutorial will walk you through and explain our software. Please read the following instructions carefully before downloading the video:

Step 1:
You will need a high-speed Internet connection to download this video. The approximate download time is 10-minutes.
Step 2:
Click the following link to download the free video: Ruby Back Office Video Tutorial Presentation.
Step 3:
Select the option to "save" this file to your computer's desktop.
Step 4:
Once it is successfully downloaded, you may select to "open" it or double-click on the newly created, self-extracting, zip file that you just saved to your desktop.
Step 5:
By opening it/double-clicking on it, you are unzipping the file. Once it is unzipped, it will create a new folder on your "C:\" drive titled "RubyVideo".
- Upon startup, the software will look to see if you have a program called "QuickTime" installed on your computer. If you do not, the software will automatically load it for you. After QuickTime is successfully installed, un-check both boxes before you close (see picture below). Close it out and return back to your newly created folder entitled "RubyVideo"
Step 6:
Open the "RubyVideo" folder, then double-click on the file titled "Start.exe". This will start the video presentation.
