Both Packages Include:
- Assistance in scanning the entire store for initial setup, if necessary
- Input of every item in your store to your price book; ensuring all PLU's and retail pricing is properly entered
- Ensure PLU's are in the proper department
- Set every item to the proper tax rate
- We will train you on any/all of the following that apply to your business:
- Entering all of your Vendor and/or House Charge Account information
- Entering new PLU's and creating customer specific PLU's for fountain soda, coffee, doughnuts, hot dogs, etc.
- Performing PLU searches to find individual items or groups of items at one time
- Performing price changes on individual items or groups of items
- Processing your End of Day paperwork and running your End of Day reports for your bookkeeper
- Setting up your End of Day Gas information for Fuel Inventory monitoring
- Checking in vendors using the remote scanner to maintain proper inventory levels
- Processing Electronic Invoicing from your grocery vendor
- Training you on how to use the Remote Scanner for:
- Changing retail prices while out in the store
- Verifying PLU information on every item in your store for retail cost, department number, tax code, etc.
